Nothing short of Perfect Customer Service

Good Service is hard to come by these days, But good After sales service is even more scarce. I recently purchase a vehicle from Cliffy Naidoo of CMH Volvo Umhlanga. This guy is a true asset to the dealership.

I had the unfortunate experience of having an issue with my vehicle a VW that was purchased at this Volvo dealership. Upon advising Cliffy he immediately arranged to have my vehicle booked into a VW repair centre to resolve. I was given a courtesy vehicle to use in the interim which was actually an upgrade from my vehicle that was booked in. Cliffy followed through with the warranty company (Motorite) which at first did not want to honor the repairs as is normal with aftermarket warranty companies, Cliffy had none of that and ensured that he fought for his customer which eventually led to the claim refusal being overturned.
