Dissapointed with Volvo CMH Umhlanga

Got quotations to have my Volvo XC60 repaired by 2 Volvo dealerships. Took the vehicle to CMH Volvo Umhlanga which was cheaper and I wanted to pay upfront as I was leaving the Republic for a few days and did not want the person picking up the vehicle to be inconvenienced. However I was then told that there are more items that was going to be needed, and then that some additional work was necessary. So I asked them how much and they could not give me a price. So I told them work out the quote and let me know and I will bring the car in if they were cheaper than their competitor. That was on Monday 26 November. I was back in the country on Friday 30 November and still no quote. I then phoned the dealersihp at 08h16 on 3 December and after explaining who I was the call was eventually dropped, then called at 08h18 and receptionist (Sne) told me that no one was answering, then call and offered to get someone to call me back - still no call back, I then called back at 12h58 and Sne told me that she will call me back and she did call back telling me that the service advisor was not in and that Natasha will bet back to me on 4 December with a quote, well colour me surprised - STILL NO QUOTE. So if they want to turn down business, it is their right is it not?
