From the moment I purchased my vehicle from this dealership, they have delivered what was promised during the sales process - service excellence. Phillip Hattingh has always kept in touch - even though I have had my car for more than 2 years now. I have never had a salesperson do that with any of the many cars that I have owned. Candice, in the service department, is a real diamond - always friendly and very efficient. Well done to all at Volvo Silverlakes - I will not use any other Volvo dealership.
