Volvo Bryanston the worst dealership

The worst service ever i got is at Volvo Bryanston, if you own a Volvo never take your car to that dealership, and do me a favor don't buy a car at Volvo Bryanston, they don't treat customer well, they are the worst

My experience, i took my car at Volvo to get fixed to my surprise the car is still standing in their work shop till today its a month now, i was **** to in my face by their Service Manager Jeanette Pretorius, that Volvo will give me a courtesy car, i still call the next morning she still agreed and said she will give me the car in the afternoon, later she turn around and said she never promise me a car... i was like is this a joke or what.... My car was wrongly diagnose till today i dont know what is happening with my car.... now i dont have a car to go to work and my car is just seating at Volvo workshop, they dont care about client service, they dont know how to treat a client they are so rude, including their dealer principal Ockie Fourie, who Opt to resolve my problem by promising a courtesy car to resolve my problem cause i told them i need a courtesy car to drive to work and do my work, he agreed just to later tell me that courtesy car was sold, im having a bad time of my life because of Volvo Bryanston, they just want your money and dont care about giving you a good service as a paying customer... my advise to people driving Volvo, never service your car there or purchase a car at Volvo Bryanston, they are the worst car dealership in South Africa,they dont care about you they just want your money... tell all your friends and family to avoid that dealership
