Disgrace of a place

What a disaster of an experience at Volvo Bryanston. A manager/ Owner of the place made ****** remarks, derogatory, belittling and undermining. He made comments at me about my character, my mental health and colour of my skin. I would not recommend anybody purchase from this Volvo, what a disgrace to an automotive industry.
