disappointed by Volvo

<p>Dear Volvo, how do you like the sound of this, I took my car in for service yesterday and goodness knows what the service team did to my car but the car did not start today... get this, I towed the car back to Volvo Bryanston and then spent the whole day calling Andre for an update on my car when he had promised to call me with an update (F - for customer service today) This took all of four phone calls only to be told that I will not get my car back and no loan car, never mind the inconvenience and my weekend plans. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement .</p>
