Worst dealership

I am appalled by the lies this dealership has. I bought a car from them and it was only delivered after two months due to an engine problem. Their trick was getting me to signing the contract as soon as possible and I was told that they had to fix the sunroof as the shade curtain was broken. Which I understood because I thought a dealer in Pretoria wow, they would never provide bad service.

I kept on nagging the sales man about when would I get the car, then the car was delivered to me and when it got delivered it would tremble when it reached 40kmph. Which I then alerted the dealer and they came to pick it up. Then they gave me a courtesy car, kept in contact with him and at that time I was paying for a car that I wasn’t driving.

Then after going back and forth the car was delivered and only to have a gearbox breakdown 4 months after it was delivered which cost me a whole lot of money as the car is an automatic. And right now I have an engine issue again. I took them to MIOSA who unfortunately says the 6 months’ period has lapsed to report the matter.

The nerve of the lies the dealership has said is that the reason why the car was only delivered after 2 months it’s because they had to fix the armrest and because of COVID I had asked them to only deliver the car at date they delivered. Funny part is I was present at the dealership to sign the contract, get the car that I was driving evaluated, but I had asked them to deliver a car that I had already paid for 2 instalments for to get delivered after two months of purchase????
