CHRIS JANSEN keeps true to the stigma of second car salesman. *****! Bought a Volvo V40 D2 Nov. 26 2020 and there were problems from the time I signed. First they LOST (or stole) the service book from the car. Then Chris and his manager Phillip promised a new one. It is 7 April 2021. I still haven't received a book. I complained about a noise the front wheels made within a week of the sale...apparently they 'fixed' it when I returned the car, just for the same noise to return in about a month and to find out it was never fixed because it's a faulty clutchplate! Now R30 000 damage, the car is still according to the consumer law their problem...but they refuse to pay!

I see nobody reads these complaints. But if someone reads this...don't ever buy a car there! You will have problems...they even lost the Renault ,that I traded in, service book
