Unfortunately the above mentioned dealership left me with no other option but to review them; March 2021 I purchased a car from them, the deal was done in good faith as I am in the Northern Cape and they are in Gauteng. The deal went smooth and they delivered my new car. Upon closer exam I noticed there was no service history / book, no owners manual, no spare key and also no wheel spanner, more than 9 chips in the windscreen. I've been asking ever since march month for the service history and owners manual but to my disappointment, nothing is being done. I would not reccom this dealership. In the meantime the lady who I dealt with resigned and she did not sort this mess out for me. I was being told that she would email it to me, but nothing of that sorts ever happened. When the manager finally got back to me - I was told that there was damages on my car (which I was not aware of, and I'm sure I would have disclosed info like this) and they had to pay for these damages to be fixed. Agreement was reached that I would settle for only the service history and owners manual and sort out the spare key myself, but even that seems to be a problem for this dealer. This is definitely my first and last buy from CMH USED CAR BUYERS SILVER LAKES.
