Poor service I ever had

I have a cheve cruise 1.4T 2016 model fully serviced by the above dealer and from 2018 to present they have changed the engine 3x and now they are sitting with my car from November 29 last year until now they are failing to get the engine right keep fighting with Remtec while m sitting without my car.next week will mark full 1 year but they were fully paid close to zR104k.there is a lot happening that I know off but will reveal once I get my car .
