Poor and Misleading service.

I always have issues with Time with these guys in the service and repairs department, I brought the car in for a service (major service) They said car wouod be ready by 3 I got there and sat until 17:30. I brought the car in for replacement of brakes disc back and front besides their exorbitant pricing , they said vehicle would be ready by 17:00 got there they were still not done. I had to wait till 17:30. If they atleast had the decency to be honest, what's worse they keep lying and using delaying tactics.
