False information to make a sale at expense of the customer.

I purchased a Second hand 2016 VW Polo Vivo from this dealership. I asked it the car has been in any accidents and was told it had not been in any accidents. I asked if the car has full service history and was told that it has a full service history. I asked if there are any problems with the car. I was told the only things wrong with the car is that the wiper blades need to be replaced and aircon needs to be regassed. I was told this would be done by the dealership. I decided to purchase the car. When I collected the vehicle accessories were missing. the dealership could not give me the service record. When I got home I realised the car had been in an accident and radiator, fan carriage was all damaged and had cable ties holding everything together. Then I found that the 12V socket and windscreen washer were not working. The dealership agreed to repair the vehicle. Repairs took over 3 weeks. when I got the car back there were broken parts glued together, loose *****s, windscreen washer was still not working. I repaired the windscreen washer myself. Then 2 weeks later the 12V socket stops working again. I the find bare wires underneath the car I took the car back and everything was insulation taped and cable tied together. I then found out that the car has no service history for 34 000km and 4 years.
