Walked in ready to buy a car and decided not to

Yesterday, 07/09/2015, my husband and I went into the CMH Toyota in Unhlanga with full intention of purchasing a new Toyota 86. We had done our product research and we were ready to buy. After sitting down with the salesperson, things went downhill. Firstly, the salesperson was not au fait at all with the Toyota 86. While I don't expect everyone to be a car expert, I do expect that if you are selling something, you should know the basics, like, what accessories the car comes with. Secondly, she was unable to navigate the Toyota website when we requested that she look online for the accessories. Lastly, and possibly, worst of all, we gave her a few minutes to put together a quote for us while we looked at other cars and when we returned for the quote less that five minutes later, she was seeing to another customer. She didn't even think to apologise or excuse herself. We had had enough of poor service and left without the quote. There were other things, like the fact that when we requested a test drive, it was not even entertained. How can one buy a car without a test drive? We will be complaining to TSAM as well as this type of pathetic service is surely directly impacting sales.
