Toyota umhlanga service department

Recently called Toyota umhlanga to book my car in for service. Spoke to a person called Tivanya (not sure of the spelling). It was the worst experience of my life. She is rude, lacks telephone etiquette and general interpersonal s****s. It's really unfortunate that people like this have to deal with customers when they do not know how to speak. She was so rude, she yelled at me when she was confused about how to do her job.
