Service center sucks

My wife took in her vehicle for a service.It was inspected and any scratches or dents were noted.When my wife came to collect her vehicle she noticed fresh new scratches on the vehicles bumper.The service manager basically called her a lier and said they were there in the morning. He pulled out the piece of paper with the recorded scratches and low and behold the "new" scratches had mysteriously appeared on the paper.When my wife tried to dispute this she was told that she did not know what she was talking about and the manager imp**** that she was lieng. A ll that had to be done was an acknowledgement of the damage and NOT a cover up and then trying to pass the buck and question my wifes honesty.Surely there is no place in our society for men to continue to talk down to woman and treat them as if they are stupid ? After leaving several messages,management do not feel it necessary to respond. Shocking service .
