Poor service

Recently I had my Toyota Corolla serviced at Cmh Toyota Umhlanga, My vehicle is still under a service plan, as it is just 3 years old. When I left the Vehicle in the morning at the dealership for the 45 000 km service, I was informed by the sales representative that I HAVE to flush out my fuel line and my engine. He told me that this was part of the service and a compulsery requirement by TOYOTA SA , failing to do so would render my warranty null and void.

Since, I was told that this is a requirement I naturally agreed. He than told me that I shall be charged for this part of the service as the motor plan does not cover it. I couldn't understand this and told him that if Toyota insists that this is done, then it should be part of the motor plan. His response was that I'm right and it should be part of the service, but isn't and i need to pay cash for this. Which i did because of fear that by warranty will fall away.

Last week I took my car to the dealership that I purchase it from, when I mentioned my experience at Umhlanga Toyota, I was horrified to find out that I was taken for a ride and that this treatment was not needed or requested by Toyota.

How can Cmh Toyota Umhlanga lie to customers just to make money? This behaviour is clearly immoral and *********.

I am truly horrified and will take my car to this **********, lying dealership again.
