New vehicles with scratches!

Today I went in to pick up my BRAND NEW Toyota corolla prestige from CMH Umhlanga. My wife had bought the exact same car a week ago. When she went in the first time to collect her car, there were scratches on the rear bumper..it could be not be rubbed down and the vehicle had to be left in for an extra 2 days to be sorted out. Today, when I went in to fetch my BRAND NEW corolla, it again had scratches on the front bumper and boot. Again this could not be rubbed down and I was unable to take delivery of my vehicle proving to be extremely disappointing and upsetting. When I had spoke to my car sales person Daleen on the phone prior to delivery, I clearly asked her if she had inspected the vehicle before I take delivery, for which she said the vehicle was 'perfect'. Its unacceptable to have TWO BRAND NEW VEHICLES IN TWO WEEKS WITH SCRATCHES AND POOR SERVICE. I really hope that CMH TOYOYA UMHLANGA improves their standards and service delivery in the future.
