Horrible experience at CMH Toyota Umhlanga

Worse experience ever had. Purchased a second hand VW polo tsi from them, engine bay components was broken, car had gearbox issues,Rev fluctuating, waterpump was leaking and car has had horrible paint work done on it. Problem was reported before I even did 2000KM with the car. It has been taken in for repairs for 5 times and they still did not fix the car. Manager at CMH tells me that he will cancel the deal and give me a deposit back of R70 000 and out of 'goodwill' they will pay me R 7 000 when I already paid R145 000 towards the car finance. Manager stated that I paid that money towards the car so they cannot give me back the extra payments and installments money. Ridiculous service from such a big dealership. They send the car to RMI approved repair centre's but don't get any paperwork for what work has been done on the car. When VW quotes them on a price it is too much for them to repair so they decline the quote from VW. CHM stated that I had the car for 10 months so it's a long time that I had the car however the issue was reported a long time ago. I was told that they will find me a replacement vehicle or the deal will be canceled. I waited 2 months and now when I ask about canceling the deal they want to only pay back my deposit and the 'goodwill' payment, settle the bank and just ignore the rest of the money which I paid towards the car. Very disappointing service I will not advise anyone to purchase from them.
