Disgusted with CMH Toyota in Umhlanga

I purchased a vehicle from Toyota Umhlanga 1 Walton Cresent. The very next day i had a probelm with the vehicle not starting. Yet they provided an AA certificate. Not long late i complained about other faults. They were only able to take the vehicle in and provide a loan car after the 30 days. I had brought this up with them when i initially complained that i do not want the 30 day period to expire and not achieve assistance but was assured by the manager and sales man Mark Naidoo that they are aware that i have had probelm from the purchase of the vehicle. The repairs of the vehicle is being claimed from my extender warranty by Toyota BUT they want me to cover an amount of R 10 000. the manager that was initially there apparently left and the new manager refuses to listen to the situation( Christo Saidt).after i refused to pay the extra amount he offered to bring the price to R 5000. The sales man that i have been dealing with has acknowledged that there was a problem but yet i am refused assistance. Initially i was given a loan car which was called back and i was given another car. This too was called back and i was given another car again. I had this car for less than two days when it broke down. The manager refused me another loan car saying i had damaged the clutch in less than two days. He insisted the car is a brand new car yet it has 35000 km therefore it has been used by other people. I drove the car home from the dealership and to work the next morning i never made the full trip home again as the vehicle broke down. It seems like this dealership sells faulty vehicles passing them off as in excellent working condition. Their after service is disguting. Making all out there aware of the horrific experience that CMH Toyota Umhlanga has given me. The matter has been forwarded to the Ombudsman and I am awaiting feedback. Rowen
