CMH Toyota Umhlanga STAY AWAY!

Please note that this is not a 1 star review but zero instead. Salesmen are EXTREMELY ARROGANT and UNHELPFUL . They lost a 500k sale which went to VW. One of the salesman brought in a golf 7 R. I asked him about it but he was extremely rude. Another guy said why don’t we just spend money without asking questions. Who is going to spend half a million Rand without asking questions? Customers have the right to ask questions even if it’s something that costs R1. The other salesman accused us of “swearing him” and told us to f*** off because I had a convo with my dad and mentioned the word “stupid” about a set of rims. The word stupid is not a swear word. The service at the dealership is DISGUSTING and I will NEVER RECOMMEND anyone go back there. If you want GREAT SERVICE go to VW umhlanga. That’s where I drove out my new ride recently. They deserve the deal and we’re CHEAPER. A word of advice, treat everyone with the same RESPECT. You never know what you could lose out on. My dads vehicle is due for a trade in but they will NEVER ever get the business. Companies are suffering from low sales and are closing down because their staff are USELESS at what they do.
