Absolutely no customer courtesy

We purchased a vehicle at the end of October from this dealership. A few things on the vehicle weren't working we were assured that it would be fixed, the car has been sent in twice with the repairs not done, upon calling these people they seemed to have no courtesy to call us with regards to when the repairs will be done, our vehicle has been sitting with them from last week, according to the salesman he said he informed my husband as to when the part will arrive, according to my husband no communication of that sort has happened, only upon calling today was I informed of that. We are constantly being inconvenienced with having to run back and forth only for repairs not to have been done.

Closed to cancelling the deal as i am within my 30 day period.
