Disgusting Toyota Melrose experience

Genuinely terrible experience. No situational awareness by service advisors lead to delays in invoice issuance and subsequent payment and collection of vehicle. Took my vehicle in for a suspension diagnosis and the dealership claimed 1 of my services from OEM service plan despite multiple notifications not to service the car in the first place - generally raising concerns about validity of work *****ulently claimed to be done. Terrible workshop experience lead to refund of double payment to workshop to still be dragging on 2 months later.
