Terrible aftersales service

I purchased a vehicle from this branch, i took an extended warranty, now its been 2 years and the warranty is over so i wanted to add it again for another 2 years, they cant even assist in doing an assessment of the car to add on they want me to pay for an assessment, if they want future sales they need to meet clients half way and offer some kind of service seeing that i want to deal with them. i wont mention names but this is really terrible service
