I’m being ********** by CMH SUZUKI HILLCREST

Poor customer service from Suzuki Hillcrest, I am a very disappointed customer. I bought a brand new ertiga in October 2023. My salesperson was Kwazi , who also sold me a faulty radio that broke 3months after me purchasing. It is currently not working and they are blatantly ignoring and refusing to assist me. I don’t know if I’m receiving this type of treatment because I’m black or what because I doubt a white person has went through such. What is customer service these days???!! I’m paying big money every month, for something that is not working.
