Avoid at all costs

The most *********** after sales service I've ever dealt with. I have sent my suzuki back to this dealership 13 TIMES FOR THE SAME PROBLEM!!! Each time they promise it will be fixed, and it is never fixed correctly. They reuse to leave you with a courtesy vehicle, so if you ever have to take your car in for a very minor, simple fix, expect to be without a vehicle for at least 6-9 WEEKS! I wish I was joking, but this is the reality of the very underwhelming CMH Hillcrest. Avoid them at all costs! Do not buy a suzuki if you are planning on using this dealership. The "warranty" is a joke, because when they can't fix your vehicle, they refuse to replace the vehicle. They have been making a fool out of me for over 4 years now. Do yourself a favour and stay far away.
