pathetic service CMH Foton Pinetown

I am really dissapointed with the foton dealership in Pinetown , after purchasing a new foton truckmate a few months ago , i was promised unmatched service etc, What a horrible experience after that , the salesperson who sold me the vehicle left the dealership a short while later. no one advised us that teh vehicle as due foe a oil change service after 5000 km , something we had to find out about ourselves. the main issue here is that the bin is sinking in one portion, when this was brought to the attention of the sales manager , he looked at it and promised he would take it to the panelbeater himself on teh next service and sort it out. the 10000km service arrives this month and we went in only to be blind sided by the sales manager who then comes up with another warranty story. I was disgusted with this unprofessional service and attitude. Further to that he has promised a replacement mud flap months ago , that also never materialized. I am totally shocked at the service levels received . I have emailed my concerns to the relevant people with no reply.
