Peugeot SA Pathetic Service

Never in my life a dealt with a car dealer like Peugeot SA. I am waiting more than 2 months for a rare window mirror part...the panel beater ordered the part and we are still waiting. No one knows anything or can tell me if the part is in South Africa....every time when I phone and ask ...same answer. This is pathetic service your policy states 25working days...it's 2months now already...will I wait till next year? Can't wait till my car is fixed so that I can get rid off Peugeot. Support car dealers who make an effort. Lesson learned .thank you Peugeot!!!
