I would like to share my overall experience with everyone in regards to this company, I live in Pietermaritzburg, and always take my Opel Corsa to them for it's annual services. I would like to take the opportunity to thank my Service Adviser, Mr. Shamith Mahabeer, since I am disabled and physically challenged, he makes sure that I am in absolute comfort when work is done on my vehicle, Mr. Mahabeer has the most outstanding client relations, and always offers the best customer care every time I take my car to them for a service, I had my vehicle serviced on the 17th of December 2019, my friend was returning from Johannesburg to King Shaka Airport, Mr. Mahabeer arranged for a courtesy vehicle to pick my friend up at the Airport, the gentleman who drove us was also very kind, an additional service I never have expected from CMH Opel Umhlanga.

We were made comfortable and was provided with coffee for the duration of the vehicle service, all the staff members in general are highly professional and very friendly.

Mr. Mahabeer visited me on regular intervals providing me with updates in regards of the progress of the service, when the mechanic notices that a part needs replacement which is not part of the service, he informs me accordingly and asks for permission to replace the faulty part, which I appreciates very much. This way there is no nasty surprises when it comes to the final payment.

My vehicle is always washed and returned clean after the service was done.

I recommend Mr. Mahabeer highly, he is absolute asset to this company,
