HORRIBLE SERVICE ON THE SPARES DEPARTMENT

Unfortunately the overall staff makes a company and I do not want to associate the overall experience on the ******* attitude that I got from Kaletso and Patrick which are working at the spares sales department. Unfortunately I am giving the branch a 0 Satisfaction. I have escalated this matter to Isuzu South Africa and waiting for feedback and follow through in finding out wether my issues gets sorted or pushed under the carpet which I will update everyone on google and Hellopeter.

I would advise the branch to record the calls and also give and option to rate individuals to get rid of the bed apples the cost a company customers.
