CMH OPEL EAST RAND HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have had the worst customer service from CMH Opel. EVERYTIME I leave my car there its an uphill battle. I advise them whats wrong with the car and get the car back in the same condition (third time now) I have even gone so far as to involve a manager (Vishal Harkoo) who at first said to deal with him directly, then after contacting him, he couldn't even bother assisting me. My car's been there almost a week, NO Update, NO courtesy car, not even assisting with other options to get a car in the interim. I don't even know when my car will be fixed. I cannot wait to get my car back and sell it so I never have to deal with that branch again!! This is not the service I was promised.
