Appalling behaviour by Fatima Asmal from CMH Boksburg branch

Naming and shaming Fatima Asmal, the Finance Officer at the CMH Boksburg branch. Appalling behaviour that does not deserve to be called customer service. She ended the conversation by dropping the phone in my ear!! Such disrespect is shameful! The manager was non chalant when the matter was reported to him. He was not even apologetic. Pathetic behavior by these 2 individuals.
