Worst dealership ever - shocking !!!

I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life!!!!! Firstly, I called the dealership to book my car in for a service. I had to call back 3 times!!! Eventually I had to go in physically to get help. I bought my car in Nov 2018. I still do not have my 2nd key!!!! Once again, I called last week. I am STILL waiting for a response. I also whatsapped one of the managers. He just ignored me. I cannot believe this disgraceful service. Please help !!!!!
