Dissatisfied with recent car purchase

I bought a renault sandero stepway through an adverti*****t on autotrader in February. The car did not have the features that were stated on the internet and when i enquired with the salesman, he assured me the car does have cruise control which upon further inspection i noticed it doesn't and i found out only after signing all the papers. On the ad,the car was at 42k millage but when we got it we realised it's at 49k and the 45k service had not even been done while we were assured it was up to service. They did resolve the servicing but renault informed us if there is to be any problem with the car, they might not assist as it wasn't serviced as stipulated. The car doesn't even have a spare key, it has multiple chips on the body, damaged wheelcap. All these concerns have been escalated to the manager via email and calls but we aren't getting any assistance, lately my calls are even ignored. I took the car in good confidence that my issues would be resolved but I'm getting the run around.
