After 8000km, Nissan NP200 1.6 Clutch judders, and Nissan will do nothing...

I took the car in, advised that it does not always happen, but when it does, its in 1st gear, pulling away from a dead stop, or moving very slowly in peak traffic with the clutch slightly depressed.. the car judders so badly that it looks like I'm driving over a cobbled road...Sometimes so bad that the car wont pull away, just stands there and bounces around...

The service manager drove the car around in the yard after its been standing for about 4 hours, and prompty reported back to me that I should not be driving with my foot on the clutch as if its a foot rest! He did not open up anything, said it would cost me 8 hours of labour to have them look at it, and that it isnt under warranty anyway!

Warranty indicates that ONLY the clutch plate is excluded - due to wear and tear..., says nothing about other parts being excluded...yet you wont know whats causing it until you open up, will you? OK...wear and tear on a new vehicle? What about the Flywheel, the mounting of the actual clutch plate, and all kinds of other possibilities...?

This is a BRAND NEW VEHICLE!! I got it in December 2016. 8000km on the clock...and I most definately DO NOT DRIVE WITH MY FOOT ON THE CLUTCH!

Should I drive it around until it burns out? Until I make / cause an accident? Until it is so worn through that it does look like my fault, and the plate is SO warped that you cannot tell what caused it? According to many sites, there are multiple things that could be causing this, even if you look and on the surface do not see any oil leaks...however, you need to OPEN it! I am getting it back this afternoon, in exactly the same condition I left it...

I am apalled at the level of interest! and the immediate assumption that it is driver inability!

Nissan SA subsequently replaced the clutch kit as it was faulty after I emailed the CEO directly.
Well, the car still has the same problem, so I can only assume that some other part was also faulty. I reported it immediately, and they told me to drive about 250km's for the new clutch to "bed in"...whatever that means...I took some videos yesterday after 300km's as it is still doing it, and slowly getting worse again...so...issue not solved...
