Poor service from Nissan

<p>I baught a Nissan Qashqai from a dealer in Pietermaritzburg Nissan. The consultant that assisted me name was Ray. The agreement was that they would deliver the car because I stay in JHB. The bumper needed respraying and they said that they would pay for it. I dealt with a guy called Jean at Nissan Sandton and he would arrange everything. It has been a month that I have the car and still nothing has been done to respray the bumper. Im not even receiving any feedback. I am also awaiting my cover for the boot from Ray that is on its way since 6 June 2016. Please any one assist to resolve the matter. This is poor service.</p>
