CMH NISSAN PMB IS FOOL OF ************ , **** FOR BONUSES

Mid february this year i traded in my white nissan juke 205 with Red nissan juke , at first they said they will pay R170000 for my white nissan Juke but the sales guy with his boss demanded R5000 ,Ok i did have much problem with that . The car was +/- 74000 km then they said they will service it before delivery, when the car was delivered i check the service book it wasnt stamp , the Neil guy came up with the story that they forgot to stamp it , i have been CMH nissan for 4 years ,when i took my car for service they do not forget to stamp. He took the service book with him it took him 1 month to stamb the book, it didnt alarm it at first, now my car is about 83000KM and it shows that its overdue for service ,it been a month i called then sales guy(Neil ) 2 months ago regarding these he said he will call me back ,never called. Sent him an email ,there was no response. Then 2 weeks back i call the used car sales manager ,he said he will get back to me , NEVER CALLED.

When the car delivered didnt have a spare key and he said it will be sent CMH Nissan Pinetown ,never happened ,its has been 4 months now waiting for the spare key

My white Juke was pretty much new it was 69000km, they got eeverything ,it had everything, and a new radio. When the red car was delivered i noticed that the radio malfunctions and cant see anything on the screen and he said in a month he will arrange for the radio to be changed when another used Juke come in, still nothing was done i still have that radio that sometime doesnt work, i cant read anything on the screen .

What i need its for them to give me something better , maybe another car cause i am not sure of the damage happened in my engine due to car not serviced, i looking at taking legal action , i have all proof on my emails conversation .I NEED THIS SORTED THE CAR WAS PAIN IN FULL
