CMH Nissan Pietermaritzburg Poor Customer Service

Good Day,<br> <br> I reside/work in Pietermaritzburg. I bought my Nissan Qashqai through Mc Carthy Nissan Woodmeade, and took delivery from Mc Carthy Nissan Umhlanga. My services are done at CMH Nissan Pietermaritzburg.<br> My last Major service (60 000km) was done on 9/10/14. All was done except the Front brake as there was still sufficient wear on the pads according to service agent. I was advised by the service agent that this was not done and has approximately 20 000kms wear still, but if I did hear a \scratching"sound to bring the vehicle in for brake replacement.<br> <br> On the 22 May 2015"
