CHM Nissan PMB

I initially went to Nissan PMB to purchase a newer model used vehicle. The Salesman and manager were extremely helpful at the time. They gave me a valuation for my trade in within a day. In the interim, circumstances changed and I then had to change things around and look for a cheaper vehicle. I explained everything to the salesman and he was understanding and promised to assist and do what needed to be done to get me a good vehicle and within the budget I had. The salesman also explained that he would be able to get a vehicle from another branch should I want. Based on the trade in price of my vehicle and the sale price of the vehicle available for purchase, to my knowledge it was highly unlikely to get the instalment within budget but the salesman was very adamant that he could get the right pricing for me and so I proceeded. It took them 4 days to get an answer with regards to the finance application and the instalment was significantly over budget. When I asked the salesman about it, he said that he would not be able to get the required installment based on the pricing which I did ask him about before the application. During this time I had to constantly check up with the salesman to get updates, he did not communicate with me. Once he saw that he saw that he could not get the required installment as promised, he began ignoring my calls and messages. when I asked for a call back he ignored it and sent a message instead and said that there is nothing he can do. This is terrible customer service to say the least.
