Useless service department

Potentially the worst service department I have come across. The Saturday service person, Sizwe, is far too *********** for this job. Car was booked in at 8am for a full body inspection. Sizwe told us he would call when the car is ready to be collected. Service centre closes at 12 noon, on Saturdays. At 11.45pm, we still had not received a call to say car was ready to collect. Please bare in mind that my car was the only one in the service department, as it was a middle-of-the-month Saturday. He was just too lazy to care. On Monday I receive a message to say I need to bring my service book in, as they cannot submit the report without it. At no point did Sizwe ask us to bring the book in on Saturday. We were only told 2 days after the fact. Please don't hire people who don't care about their jobs. Our unemployment rate is through the roof, Sizwe would be easy to replace.
