Pathetic service!!

One would think that working for the one of the biggest car brands in the world they would have competent technicians working on customers vehicles. But a simple request such as adjusting headlights on a vehicle they work on every day cannot be carried out properly. My vehicle went in for a service on Friday 5 June 2026 and i requested that my headlights be adjusted slightly higher as they were too low. Monday night i drove my car for the first time in the dark only to notice that the lights were shining into the trees. I took the car back again on Tuesday to re-adjust, and again early this morning the lights are still too high. Sub-standard service. PATHETIC!!!!!!
