Very disappointing & worst car service department I have ever come across!

Urg! I am furious with Mazda service department. I know my car was due for a service and when I phoned to book an appointment they told me I was not due. I phoned again 3 months later and was again told it is not due for a service... A month later I phoned again and was told my service was long overdue and that I would now have to pay cash. They are simply insisting that I pay for it myself. How absolutely pathetic! I will never recommend them to anyone again. In fact, when they do call me for a "courtesy call" I will tell them exactly what I think about them.
