Bad Sale

Hi,

I am very disappointed in my Sales Representative Mbuso Dlamini. I am Sandile Chili and I bought and collected my second car (SUZUKI ERTIGA NUZ40271) with you (CMH SUZUKI UMHLANGA) on the 28 April 2022 assisted by Mbuso, and before the deal was finalized he did inform me that the car was a second-hand car and it has a radio and it's working perfectly fine.

On the same day that I collected the car, after few kilometers I turned on the radio and speakers were not working but the stereo. I called Mbuso to let him know about this and he said maybe it a minor thing the speakers would be fine. Few days later nothing changed and I called him again and sent a whatsapp video letting him know of this issue. He said I must bring the car he will take it SOUND LAB for inspection.

I brought the car and he took it to SOUND LAB and he came back and told me only the 2 front speakers were changed the other ones I will have sort them out myself. Days later, the car would not start it had to be boosted or kick-started. So I had it checked at a battery center because I suspected that the problem could be a battery, only to find that the battery had no acid it was low on power. Long story short, I bought a new battery.

Just last week, the stereo went blank and there was a smoke coming from the dashboard. I had to take the stereo out and i informed Mbuso and sent him a picture of this. He said he was going to inform the guys from SOUND LAB about this and get back to me, I haven't heard from them till today.
