DON’T TAKE YOUR VEHICLE FOR A SERVICE HERE!!!!

Do not take your car to this dealership for a service!! Whatever you do, do not take your car to this dealership. I took my car here for a service on Thursday morning & I got my car back on Friday close of business. I could not get hold of the agent on the phone (Diane Naidoo) who was assisting me. They charged me labour and parts for my headlamp yet they could not fix it. They also charged me R1.7k labour to fit in wiper blades. The labour bill was so excessive. The total bill was close to R10k for a service, wiper blades, wheel alignment & work that was not fixed. I asked them to fix my radio which was frozen, this was not done. I paid for the carwash with “valet”, the issue of the car and boot were still dirty. They left all the empty boxes of all the parts inside the car, it’s a mess. They told me that they can look at the work they could not fix the following week Monday but I would need to pay for labour again.
