Mazda sells vehicles with factory faults (Mazda 3 individual has a factory fault)

Sold me a mazda 3 individual hatchback car with a factory fault. The car is supposed to be brand new but already it is malfunctioning. Bad service and worst treatment ever. Very disappointed with the people at the dealership and the Mazda brand.
