CMH Mazda Menlyn has Ineffective leadership and poor service

I bought a car S60 Volvo at CMH Menlyn Mazda, the car got stacked first day. The car's power slowed showing light: engine performance poor. Car went for repairs for a month at CMH volvo Silverlake. They did 110 points check and find that the car clutch,mounting,fly wheel and side shaft was damaged. I reported side shaft to sales person and never responded. CMH management only changed the engine and ignored fixing other problems. They are not taking accountability for selling good condition cars. I don't know why banks approve this kind of service providers.I contacted the CMH group and they also not taking accountability.
