Pathetic , Poor service at CMH Mazda Hatfield

I bought my car in 2017 and guess what after numerous phone calls , texts to the sales rep (Bongani and His Manager) i am still waiting for my spare key. i have been walking in and out of their offices with no luck , i was promised a quick response and follow up phone call, till today am still waiting. i do not understand why is it so hard to give the Spare Key. This is utter nonsense.
