Mazda new car warranty

We bought a brand new Mazda CX-3 Individual on the 11 August 2019 at Mazda Hartfield New Cars, we were excited on the day of collection, the car had 10Km milage. We were keen to take the car for a long distance road trip, the radio was always on with the Bose sound inside the car thus stopping us from listening to the sound that the car makes while in motion, after my battery died along the way then it was silent in the car, there was a wooing sound on the Front Left Wheel of the car. I took the car back and they told me that its self inflicted so they wont repair it.

I'll never ever buy a Mazda in life, that one was my last one.

Corrective action: PLEASE TAKE THAT NEW CAR FOR A TEST DRIVE BEFORE SIGNING ANY DOCUMENTS
