Excellent service from Fabio at Mazda Hatfield

I am a very proud and happy Mazda owner, but recently considered changing brand because of very poor service from some Mazda dealerships. Not coming back to clients is the biggest mistake that can be made in sales. Out of desperation I sent in a request for a dealership to contact me, and fortunately my request ended up with Fabio. From the very start he understood what I asked for, was helpful and I received feedback very regularly. He really goes the extra mile, and for him it is not just about the sale, but about a happy client. Fabio definitely restored my liking in Mazda, and is very honest about what the best options will be. He assisted me with not just a new car, but really lifted the weight off my shoulders of having to buy a new vehicle which is very stressful. He guided me every step of the way. If you are looking for a salesman who goes the extra mile, Fabio is your man.
