Empty Promises from Mazda Hatfield

This Mazda dealership does not come back to you, the Manager owner on Google reviews promised me a response 5 months ago, still waiting, I have a Mazda Parts Warranty problem on my CX3 but no one responds to complaints, and no one does anything to assist at this dealership. Anyone reading this on the Hellopeter platform please avoid this dealership at all costs
