Cmh mazda hatfield do not whant to help me after i got my bakkie back

I need to find out what i can do i bought a bakkie from cmh mazda hatfield. I was told the car have a full sevice history. In 4 months after i took ownership of the bakkie the engin had a major failure. I was told the warrentee will pay R20 000 i must pay R45 000 and they will just over a R100 000 for a new ford engine from the ford factory, cmh mazda hatfield will replace it and i will have a bakkie with a brand new engin with a 5 year warrentee, after countless enquires i still have no warrentee. When i got the service book back from cmh mazda hatfield i saw the last service on the bakkie was don on 147 000 km i got the bakkie with 168 000 km on the odo end the old engine had a major failure on 178 000 km that is 10 000 km so the bakkie was sold to me with no service after 147 000. 1. How could a wrrentee pay out if the car had no service for more than 20 000 km 2. Why can cmh mazda hatfield not correct anything in the service book, if i do it it will be ***** and that was one of the things i wanted know from them 3. I was told that now that the bakkie have a new engine the value will increase 4. What is cmh mazda hatfield up to 5. What can i do to resolve this
